- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/companies.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Minimum 1year experience
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
