About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PRT (Primary Teacher) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching young learners, skilled in creating engaging classroom experiences, and committed to fostering students’ academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum guidelines.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
- Develop students’ foundational skills in academics, communication, and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support student development.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed./D.El.Ed.) or relevant qualification
✔ CTET/TET qualification preferred
✔ Prior teaching experience in primary grades preferred
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ Passion for teaching and child development
✔ Ability to use creative and interactive teaching methods
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
