Logistics Sales Specialist – Dispatch Sales

Skylane Logistics is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Logistics Sales Specialist for the dispatch sales process. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Punjabi and must be comfortable with cold calling and carrier outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling carriers and owner operators in the US market
- Outreach to carriers and owner operators and onboard them for dispatch services
- Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers
- Explain dispatch services and generate business opportunities
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Coordinate with dispatch team for smooth onboarding process
- Maintain daily calling and onboarding reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Dispatch or Freight Brokerage
- Basic knowledge of truck dispatch operations
- Good understanding of carriers, owner operators, and freight processes
- Excellent communication skills in English and Punjabi
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in night shift
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of US trucking industry
- Experience in carrier sales or dispatch sales
- Familiarity with load boards and logistics terminology
