Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and creative Video Presenter & Production Coordinator to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting educational and promotional content on camera while coordinating end-to-end video production. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, public speaking, and managing creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Present educational, promotional, and social media videos confidently on camera.
- Coordinate the complete video production process, from planning to final delivery.
- Work closely with subject experts, content writers, and the video editing team.
- Plan shooting schedules and ensure timely completion of video projects.
- Review scripts and ensure content accuracy before recording.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor production timelines and maintain quality standards.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure videos align with the company's branding and content strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media, video production, and content trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in video presentation, anchoring, content creation, or production coordination.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong on-camera confidence and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of video production workflows and content planning.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
