Job Overview
The Blox Preschool is looking for a passionate and energetic Gymnastics Teacher to train and guide students in gymnastics techniques, physical fitness, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The ideal candidate should create a safe, motivating, and disciplined learning environment that encourages students to build confidence and athletic skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct gymnastics classes for students of different age groups.
- Teach basic to advanced gymnastics techniques in a safe and effective manner.
- Plan warm-up routines, stretching exercises, and skill-development sessions.
- Ensure student safety during practice sessions and performances.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for competitions, performances, and school events when required.
- Maintain discipline while encouraging teamwork and confidence among students.
- Inspect and maintain gymnastics equipment and training area safety.
- Coordinate with parents and school management regarding student development when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in gymnastics coaching, sports training, or physical education preferred.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work patiently with children and young students.
- Knowledge of safety practices and injury prevention.
- Energetic, disciplined, and physically fit personality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in schools, sports academies, or fitness centers is an advantage.
- First Aid or CPR certification is a plus.
