01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Data Intelligence Manager at CryptoMize?
01
Run the data intelligence cell — staffing engagements, setting analytical standards, and carrying final accountability for insight quality agency-wide
02
Own the cell’s delivery calendar: which engagements get analytical capacity this month, and what gets defended when two clients need the same bench
03
Review and sign off on client-facing analytical products before they ship — the last gate between a confident wrong number and the client
04
Grow the analysts: hiring, mentoring and the promotion cases that decide who becomes the next senior bench
05
Comprehend and interpret the most complex client documents — the briefs, contracts and board papers engagements are actually governed by
06
Respond effectively to the most sensitive issues: the retracted dataset, the challenged finding, the engagement in trouble
07
Set the tooling and methodology agenda — what the cell standardizes on, and what it experiments with next quarter
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Data Intelligence Manager at CryptoMize you will manage the team responsible for converting gathered data into client intelligence — supervising, planning and coordinating the research and evaluation activities of the cell, and standing behind every deliverable it ships. The role comprehends the most complex business documents, responds to the most sensitive issues, and writes the reports and briefs that carry the agency’s voice.
Standards are a standing duty: most organizations discover leadership gaps when a deliverable fails publicly, but here the manager intercepts them upstream — in the review gate, the staffing call and the mentoring plan. You will maintain the cell’s method base so any deliverable can be re-run and defended line by line, on demand, in front of a client.
Managers also carry institutional responsibility for the bench itself: forecasting and preparing budgets, calculating the resource plan, and solving the advanced problems of a growing, multi-industry practice. The managers whose benches outgrow them are the ones promoted first.
