Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Chemical Formulation Engineer to develop and manufacture high-performance car care products including shampoos, foam cleaners, tyre polish, and detailing chemicals.
This is a practical role, not a desk job. Candidate must be comfortable working on the production floor, handling chemicals, and scaling formulations from lab to bulk production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize formulations for:
- Car Wash Shampoo (High Foam / pH Neutral)
- Snow Foam / Touchless Wash
- Dashboard Polish & Tyre Shine
- Ensure high foam, stability, and zero phase separation
- Scale formulations from 1L to 50L / 100L batches
- Maintain batch consistency and quality control
- Handle raw materials like SLES, LABSA, CAPB, AOS, EDTA, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues like:
- Low foam
- Thickness inconsistency
- Product separation
- Maintain SOPs, mixing process, and production logs
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in detergent / liquid formulation
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- Surfactants (SLES, LABSA, CAPB)
- Foam boosters & thickeners
- Must have hands-on batch making experience
- Ability to independently run small-scale production

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
