Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development team in expanding the company's customer base. The ideal candidate should have experience using various lead generation tools and platforms and possess strong communication and research skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients for IT services and solutions through online platforms, databases, and social media channels.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information.
- Follow up with prospects through emails, calls, and social networking platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Prepare and maintain reports on lead generation activities and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Lead Generation (mandatory).
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and lead research tools.
- Knowledge of IT services, software development, web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent internet research and data mining abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
