Job Summary / Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process for online programs. The role involves counselling students, explaining program details, and supporting them in making informed academic decisions while effectively converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding online programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, messages, and Education CRM systems
- Respond to student inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide detailed information about program structure, fees, learning format, and university services
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups
- Guide applicants through the complete admission process, including documentation and application submission
- Maintain and regularly update student data in CRM / admission management systems
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospective students to improve conversion rates
- Participate in webinars, counselling sessions, and promotional activities organised by the university
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to overall team performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management / Commerce
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferred)

Working Details:
- Working Hours: Flexible shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday or Wednesday to Monday
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
