We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations of the mall, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly environment while maximizing tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day mall operations and facility maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Handle tenant concerns and operational issues promptly.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality service.
- Prepare operational reports and support management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mall, retail, hospitality, or facility management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and daily operations effectively.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
