Job Summary
ACCE Global Group is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Distribution Relationship Manager to manage and expand our distributor network across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with distributors, driving business growth, providing timely support, and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor support and business development.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to increase sales and business opportunities.
- Resolve distributor queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
- Conduct product presentations, business reviews, and distributor training sessions.
- Monitor distributor performance and achieve monthly business targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and relationship reports.
- Gather market insights and competitor information to support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, relationship management, or business development.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Bengali will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel when required.
