Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.com.
- Research client requirements and share high-quality opportunities with the Business Development team.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track project opportunities and update CRM/internal trackers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and new project postings.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Lead Generation or Business Development.
- Hands-on experience using Upwork and Freelancer.com for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI, SaaS, and Custom Software Solutions.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Willing to work Night Shift (US Business Hours).
Pay: ₹10,195.93 - ₹30,000.00 per month
