We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients’ financial needs, providing suitable financial solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand customers’ financial goals and requirements.
- Explain suitable financial products and investment solutions to clients.
- Generate leads and develop new client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide professional guidance and excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
- Stay updated about financial products, market trends, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage.
- Sales or financial services experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
