About the Role
EAX Media is looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and dedicated QA Auditor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy testing, identifying issues, validating data, and ensuring high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
- Test websites, landing pages, forms, and internal tools for functionality and usability.
- Review reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and data errors.
- Verify information across CRM systems and internal platforms.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client delivery.
- Document issues clearly and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Follow QA checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in QA, software testing, data validation, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software or website testing.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsible, dedicated, and eager to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with bug reporting or QA tools is a plus.
