Job Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to employee onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for timely hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule technical/management interviews, and coordinate feedback.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Drive bulk hiring, lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and niche hiring as per business needs.
- Ensure all positions are closed within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Build employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and recruitment MIS reports.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and monitor their performance.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Policy & Contract Administration
- Draft, implement, and administer HR policies, SOPs, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain employee records with complete confidentiality.
3. Grievance & Dispute Resolution
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee counselling.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Identify training needs, maintain training records, and support employee learning and development initiatives.
5. Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process, KPI/KRA implementation, employee confirmations, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
- Assist department heads in tracking employee performance and development.
6. Employee Relations
- Build and maintain a positive, healthy, and productive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and counselling.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and internal movements.
- Conduct exit interviews, Full & Final Settlement coordination, and relieving formalities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR documentation.
- Support performance review discussions and employee development initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure effective communication.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Organize employee welfare activities, recognition programs, and engagement events.
7. Legal Compliance
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, POSH, Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishment/Factories Act, and other applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, monthly payroll inputs, HR MIS, and statutory documentation.
8. HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
- Support manpower planning, succession planning, organizational development, and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Assist the HR Head in implementing strategic HR projects and organizational policies.
- Support administration activities as and when required.
Candidate Profile
- Age: 35 Years & Above
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / Master's Degree in Human Resources.
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance, preferably in a Service Industry organization.
- Good understanding of Labour Laws, Recruitment, Payroll Processing, and Employee Relations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
- HRMS knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR activities.
