Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Executive to drive growth for Recron Fiberfill products in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will identify new customers in industries like pillow manufacturing, furniture, mattresses, toys, upholstery, and wholesale; build lasting client relationships; conduct market research; manage orders; and promote product benefits through field sales, negotiations, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in target industries such as pillow manufacturers, furniture units, mattress companies, toy manufacturers, upholstery units, and wholesalers.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads, present Recron Fiberfill products and applications, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable Fiberfill solutions.
- Ensure regular follow-ups, repeat orders, customer satisfaction, and support during onboarding and after-sales.
- Study market trends, competitor products, pricing, and feedback; identify new industries/regions for expansion; and share insights with internal teams.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order processing, delivery, documentation, and reporting.
- Participate in training programs to build deep product knowledge and educate customers on benefits, quality, and usage.
Qualification & Key Skill Requirements:
- Any degree 2 - 4 years of field sales experience (preferably in textile, fiber, foam, mattress, or related industries)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales and industrial products
- Candidate should have good experience in Chennai market and must have handled Chennai region customers.
- Excellent negotiation and key account management ability
- Strong understanding of B2B or B2C and bulk sales cycles
- Good analytical and reporting skills
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
