Role Description The Revit BIM Specialist – Commercial Interiors Projects will focus on developing, coordinating, and managing detailed Revit models for commercial interior projects. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves producing accurate drawings and documentation sets, supporting design teams with model-based coordination, and maintaining BIM standards and templates. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with architects, interior designers, and MEP teams, performing clash checks, preparing submittals, and ensuring that all deliverables comply with project specifications and international codes. The specialist will also assist in integrating client feedback into models, optimizing workflows for efficiency, and supporting quality control processes for documentation and BIM outputs.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit, with experience delivering commercial interior projects.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and interior design documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Experience in BIM Coordination, working with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and maintain model integrity.
- Ability to prepare and manage Submittals and project documentation in line with client requirements.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with international AEC standards, especially for US commercial interiors projects.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Experience of 1-5 years in the AEC/BIM industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Design.
