At Candorium, we publish international business news minutes after an SEC or SEBI filing drops. We do this by turning structured data into draft of articles. Most of the time, our engine does it automatically. When it doesn’t, we need You.
We are looking for a Manager of Financial Data Curation Team to lead the department that acts as the "brain" behind our data curation team. You will manage a department of 10 people, including two Team Leads, dedicated to ensuring that when customers see it, our financial data is flawless. You will guide and work alongside our software people. You will report directly to the CFO and work alongside the Founder.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Leaders: You will manage our Financial Curator Lead and our Data Integrity Lead. You are responsible for their growth and the performance of their respective squads.
- Guard the Integrity: We preserve the truth of every original filing.
The Challenge
- When the engine that provides our input fails, it kicks it out to our humans. Your team uses our proprietary to correct the automated content.
- If it fails with a small company, it’s a task.
- If it fails with a top tier company, it’s an emergency. Our news team is waiting for these drafts.
- Your job is to lead the "Swarm"—mobilizing the team, and triggering the news draft for our team of dedicated journalists.

The Role We are looking for a Manager of Financial Data Curation Team to lead the department that acts as the "brain" behind our data ingestion engine, STAGE. You will manage a department of 10+ people, including two Team Leads, dedicated to ensuring our financial data is flawless.
The Challenge When our engine (STAGE) can’t balance a statement, it kicks it out to our humans. Your team uses our proprietary Curator Tool to fix the "linetypes" and semantic tags until the accounting equation () is satisfied.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Leaders: You will manage our Financial Curator Lead and our Data Integrity Lead. You are responsible for their growth and the performance of their respective squads.
- Guard the Integrity: You ensure that while we fix the labels of the data, we never "plug" a number. We preserve the truth of the original filing.
- Bridge the Gap: You’ll take the insights from your team and work with our Engineers to make the STAGE engine smarter every day.
Who You Are
- You are a Manager of Managers. You know how to delegate and how to hold leads accountable for their team's output.
- You are Financially Savvy. You know your way around annual and quarterly financial reports and can spot a reporting anomaly from a mile away. Prefer an MBA, BBA or B.com degree.
- You are Data-Driven. You enjoy working with technical experts, both SQL experts and DBAs to solve historical data puzzles.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka
