Shift Timings
Shift 1: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Shift 2: 05:30 PM – 02:00 AM
Shift 3: 02:00 AM – 09:00 AM
Roles & Responsibilities
Create and optimize CNC programs for Turning and Machining Centers.
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize Fanuc and Siemens control systems.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Conduct prove-out and validation of new CNC programs.
Reduce cycle time and improve machining productivity.
Support the production team in resolving machining-related issues.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish standards.
Coordinate with the Quality and Production departments.
Maintain CNC program backups and revision control.
Train CNC operators on machine setup and program execution.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes.
