The Role:
The role is about overseeing daily production operations and ensuring smooth coordination across the manufacturing process. It involves managing production teams, maintaining quality and safety standards, optimizing workflows for better efficiency, and ensuring production targets are met within timelines. The role also focuses on resolving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement on the shop floor.
What You Will Do:
Team Management:
- Supervise and lead production team members.
- Schedule and assign tasks to employees.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure employees are proficient in their roles.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Production Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day production activities.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and resolve any production issues or delays.
Quality Control:
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Inspect products regularly and address any defects or issues.
Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor production metrics and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Health and Safety:
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and records.
- Provide regular updates to management on production status and performance.
- Document any production issues and corrective actions taken.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
