Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at Mettle Kettle, you will play a crucial role in translating our brand vision into visually appealing and cohesive designs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create captivating visuals that enhance our marketing efforts and communicate our message effectively. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in graphic design but also possesses a keen understanding of current design trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including digital and print media.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts for marketing materials, advertisements, social media content, and other collateral.
- Brand Development:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align design strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools to ensure the application of the latest design techniques and software.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
