Job Summary
VidyaSetu Institute is looking for a confident and result-oriented Field Academic Counsellor to counsel students and convert them into admissions through field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective students in the field
- Understand their needs and suggest suitable courses
- Explain course details and benefits clearly
- Handle queries and objections
- Follow up and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain basic records of interactions and follow-ups
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confidence and positive attitude
- Ability to handle customers and close sales
- Comfortable with field work
Educational Qualification
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline
- Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills
