The Safety Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe working environment across construction and infrastructure projects. This role oversees daily safety inspections, monitors compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensures adherence to company safety policies and statutory requirements. The Safety Supervisor conducts regular safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel, while identifying potential hazards and implementing preventive measures. The role also involves leading accident and incident investigations, preparing reports and documentation, coordinating corrective actions, and collaborating with project managers and site teams to integrate safety into all stages of project execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
Candidates should possess Safety Training and Accident Investigation skills, including experience conducting safety sessions and incident root-cause analysis.
Candidates should possess Safety Engineering skills, with the ability to assess risks, recommend controls, and implement safety systems on construction sites.
Candidates should have experience in construction or infrastructure projects, with familiarity in civil works and site operations.
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, observation, and documentation skills, and be able to influence behaviors and promote a safety-first culture.
Candidates should be able to work on-site full-time in Ghaziabad and coordinate with cross-functional teams under dynamic project conditions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
