Key Responsibilities:
Content Development
- Prepare question papers, worksheets, and academic support materials with a high level of accuracy.
- Create structured and visually clear PowerPoint presentations suitable for different learning levels.
- Develop and update Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) in line with syllabus requirements and exam patterns.
- Support preparation of teaching materials as per academic plans and session needs.
Academic Support & Coordination
- Work closely with faculty members to understand content requirements and deliver accordingly.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with curriculum guidelines and academic objectives.
- Identify learning gaps and contribute ideas to enhance student understanding and outcomes.
Process Adherence & Coordination
- Follow internal guidelines, processes, and timelines for content delivery.
- Coordinate with design, DTP, and academic teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain regular updates on assigned work and track progress effectively.
Quality Assurance & Research
- Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all academic materials.
- Review and update existing content based on feedback and curriculum changes.
- Stay updated with syllabus revisions, exam formats, and student learning requirements.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics (NEET/JEE level preferred)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in academic content development or EdTech is an added advantage
