Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with 3+ years of experience in developing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing, editing, and research skills, with the ability to create compelling content across digital platforms while maintaining the company's brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Develop SEO-optimized content to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to create informative and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to develop effective content strategies.
- Create compelling product descriptions, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers, and press releases.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
- Optimize existing content based on SEO best practices and content performance.
- Manage multiple writing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with content marketing trends, SEO practices, and industry developments.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and editing.
- Experience in SEO content writing and keyword optimization.
- Ability to conduct research and simplify complex topics.
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress preferred).
- Knowledge of AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or SEO will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of professional content writing experience.
- Experience writing for B2B, B2C, IT, Technology or Digital Marketing industries.
- Portfolio of published articles, blogs, website content, or marketing copy.
