Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, especially for healthcare and hospital staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for hospital staff.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment database.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on recruitment platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Preferably experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
