Job Summary
The Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and supervising all civil construction activities at project sites. The role ensures timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, budget control, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control throughout all construction stages.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Plan manpower, machinery, and material requirements for uninterrupted site activities.
- Identify construction issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of construction materials.
- Monitor project costs and recommend measures for cost optimization.
- Ensure proper documentation, site records, inspection reports, and work approvals are maintained.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Participate in project planning, handover, snag rectification, and project closure activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in residential, commercial, or township real estate projects.
- Experience in RCC structures, finishing works, infrastructure development, and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of IS Codes, construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
