Pharma Sales Executive | PCD Pharma Franchise Coordinator
Role Overview
We're expanding and looking for experienced professionals to drive our pharma sales and PCD franchise operations. You'll play a key role in business development, client acquisition, and building our franchise network across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients, wholesalers, chemists, stockists, and PCD franchise partners
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to order fulfilment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and franchise partners
- Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical product lines and market trends
Who Should Apply
- Experience: 1–2 years in Pharma Sales, PCD Pharma Franchise, or Distribution
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, sales cycles, and franchise models
- Preferred: Background working with wholesalers, chemists, stockists, or managing PCD operations
- Mindset: Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
