Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily restaurant operations smoothly
- Manage staff scheduling and team coordination
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Manage billing, POS, and stock control
- Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers
- Achieve sales targets and reduce wastage
- Handle customer feedback professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in restaurant or café management
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS and inventory management
- Ability to manage staff and customer relations
- Experience in Arabian cuisine restaurants is an advantage
