About the Role
AdeptMed Healthcare Solutions LLP is looking for motivated and dedicated AR Callers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role involves insurance follow-ups, claim status verification, denial management, and revenue recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Verify claim status and identify reasons for denials or rejections.
- Work on claim corrections, appeals, and reimbursement follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of claim activities and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, or US Healthcare RCM.
- Knowledge of insurance claims, denial management, and accounts receivable processes.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills with attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
