Role Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive and result-oriented B2B Lead Generation Executive who can identify, approach, and generate qualified business leads for our cosmetic manufacturing division.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead sourcing
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold emailing
- Database building
- Appointment setting
- Initial client communication
This is NOT a general digital marketing role.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in B2B outreach and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Database Building
- Identify skincare, cosmetics, salon, wellness, and D2C brands
- Build founder/decision-maker databases
- Maintain organized CRM records
- Source leads from LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Instagram, Shopify, Amazon, exhibitions, and directories
Outreach Activities
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Send personalized cold emails
- Initiate WhatsApp/business communication professionally
- Follow up with prospects consistently
Appointment Setting
- Schedule discovery calls for management
- Qualify leads before forwarding
- Understand basic client requirements:
- MOQ
- Product category
- Brand stage
- Budget expectations
CRM Management
- Update lead status daily
- Maintain follow-up schedules
- Track communication history
- Generate weekly pipeline reports
Required Skills
Must Have
- Strong English communication
- B2B lead generation experience
- Cold email outreach knowledge
- LinkedIn prospecting experience
- CRM handling skills
- Professional follow-up capability
Preferred
- Experience in cosmetics/pharma/skincare industry
- Knowledge of contract manufacturing
- Familiarity with Apollo.io, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understanding of D2C brands

Compensation Structure
Option 1 — Fixed Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month
Option 2 — Fixed + Incentive (Recommended)
- Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
- Incentive on qualified meetings/conversions
Example:
- ₹500–₹1000 per qualified meeting
- Bonus on converted clients

Important Note

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
