Key Responsibilities
1.Answer incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
2.Provide information about cakes, pastries, snacks, pricing, offers, and availability.
3.Assist customers with placing and modifying cake orders.
4.Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation and delivery status.
Skills Required
1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
