Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection of plastic injection moulded components.
- Carry out dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, height gauges, and gauges.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Support in first-off, in-process, and final inspections.
- Identify and report quality defects such as flash, sink marks, short shots, warpage, black spots, and flow marks.
- Assist in segregation of non-conforming products.
- Follow inspection standards, work instructions, and quality procedures.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions under the guidance of senior quality engineers.
- Maintain 5S and safety standards in the inspection area.
- Coordinate with production and stores to ensure smooth quality operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
