- Identify and develop new customers across industrial sectors such as automotive, oil & gas, marine, power, chemical, pharmaceuticals, and engineering.
- Generate new business through customer visits, cold calling, email campaigns, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical discussions promptly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
- Conduct customer visits and present company products and capabilities.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations in coordination with engineering and costing teams.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on quotations until order conversion.
- Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in gasket, sealing products, engineering components, or manufacturing industries.
