Project Engineer
Job Summary: The Project Engineer manages complex, high-value, customized, or engineered projects that require assembly, R&D involvement, custom integration, or solution-based delivery. These projects go beyond standard catalogue products. The Project Engineer works with R&D, purchase, and sales teams to build complete engineered solutions and ensure successful delivery.
Number of Positions: 01 Required.
Experience: 1* to 2 Years* with relevant experience into Sales/Electronics Sales profile for Electronics/Mechanical or Engineering Products & Components.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/B. E/ B. Tech –Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication, Mechanical, IT.
CTC & Salary Range: Rs. 3,00,348/- to Rs. 3,98,652/- per annum; (In-Hand: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 28,000/- per month) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handling Complex & Non-Standard Projects
· Take ownership of projects where standard sales team cannot determine the full technical requirement.
· Manage solution-oriented, custom, or assembly-based projects (e.g., drones, test rigs, lab setups, payload integrations, custom PCBs, etc).
2. Requirement Understanding & Solution Design
· Understand customer’s technical problem or application requirement.
· Convert requirements into feasible engineering solutions.
· Create system design, architecture, and high-level BOM for custom solutions.
3. Coordination with R&D & Purchase Teams
· Communicate project requirements clearly with R&D for design or customization needs.
· Work with purchase to source components, evaluate suppliers, and ensure correct material availability.
· Ensure all parts, assemblies, and subsystems meet technical objectives.
4. Project Execution & Delivery
· Track project progress, timelines, and technical milestones.
· Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, system layouts, and test reports.
· Provide final details, BOM, and installation/usage documentation to the sales team for order fulfilment.
· Support customer acceptance testing or demonstration if required.
