We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Officer Sales (FOS) professionals to drive sales, market expansion, retailer engagement, and sell-out growth for premium mobile and IT accessories brands like Belkin, Kivoq,Targus, Vention, Bluerigger ect. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with retail partners and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, dealers, and channel partners regularly.
- Generate sales and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Drive sell-out and attachment sales, especially in premium and Apple ecosystem products.
- Develop new dealers, retail outlets,B2B Partners, Integrations and Solutions Partners, Gifting Partners and channel partners in assigned territories.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and display implementation at stores.
- Coordinate with promoters and store staff for better product movement.
- Conduct basic product training for retail teams and improve product knowledge.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure stock availability and coordinate with operations for timely replenishment.
- Collect market feedback and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Support promotional campaigns, store branding, roadshows, and sell-out activities.
- Follow up for payments and coordinate with accounts team wherever required.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree with relevant experience
- Experience: 1–3 years in Mobile, IT, Electronics, FMCG, or Channel Sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Strong relationship-building and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting is preferred.
- Must be target-oriented and disciplined.
