We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale AI and Machine Learning solutions that power search, discovery, content intelligence, and operational automation.
This role sits at the intersection of Machine Learning, Generative AI, Knowledge Graphs, Search Technologies, and Large-Scale Data Engineering.
What You'll Work On
You will help build next-generation AI systems including:
Large Language Model (LLM) applications and AI-powered experiences
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for knowledge retrieval and intelligent decision-making
Agentic AI workflows and autonomous reasoning systems
Knowledge Graph construction, enrichment, and entity understanding
Entity Resolution across large hierarchical datasets
Taxonomy optimization and automated catalog intelligence
Image understanding and quality scoring systems
Search relevance and discoverability improvements
Real-time and batch ML inference platforms
Large-scale ML pipelines and feature engineering systems
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy production-grade Machine Learning and AI solutions at scale.
Develop scalable ML pipelines, feature stores, and inference systems using distributed computing frameworks.
Build and optimize RAG architectures leveraging vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, and LLMs.
Design Agentic AI solutions capable of orchestrating workflows, reasoning across multiple tools, and automating complex business processes.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Applied Scientists, and Leadership teams to define AI strategy and roadmap.
Drive innovation in Generative AI, Knowledge Graphs, Search, and Discovery technologies.
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership across the organization.
Establish engineering best practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
10+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning, Applied AI, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
Strong production-grade programming experience in Python.
Proven experience building and deploying ML solutions into production environments.
Strong expertise in distributed data processing using Spark, PySpark, Hadoop, and SQL.
Experience designing scalable data pipelines and ML platforms.
Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Generative AI applications
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Agentic AI frameworks
Knowledge Graphs
Vector Databases and Embedding Models
Experience with MLOps, Model Serving, and Online Inference Systems.
Experience with Search, Recommendation, Ranking, or Discovery systems.
Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Open-source contributions or leadership within AI/ML communities.
