Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Experience
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Build positive guest relationships and provide personalized service.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Restaurant Operations
- Prepare restaurant and service areas before opening.
- Set up tables according to resort standards.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place and readiness of service stations.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service etiquette.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guest departure.
- Assist in buffet setups, theme dinners, and special events.
Quality & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and well maintained.
- Comply with HACCP, FSSAI, and resort hygiene standards.
Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Stores, and other departments.
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the kitchen team.
- Assist colleagues during peak operational periods.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Process guest bills accurately through the POS system.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions as per company procedures.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and settlement processes.
Resort Activities & Events
- Support banquet functions, conferences, weddings, and special events.
- Assist in outdoor dining experiences, poolside service, and destination dining arrangements.
- Participate in resort guest engagement activities when required.

Qualification & ExperienceQualification
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.
- Freshers with hospitality qualifications may also apply.
- Resort or hotel experience preferred.

General Clause
In addition to the duties mentioned above, the Food & Beverage Service Associate may be assigned additional responsibilities, special events, banquet operations, or cross-functional duties based on operational requirements and management directives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
