About the Company
Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and marketer of high-quality edible oils and agro-based products. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence for Rice Bran Oil across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
- Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Expand market coverage and increase product availability across AP & TS.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new distribution channels.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales promotion and marketing activities.
- Manage distributor profitability, stock levels, and collections.
- Submit periodic sales reports, market intelligence, and business forecasts to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth business operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 3 to 8 years of mandatory experience in Rice Bran Oil, Edible Oil, or related product sales.
- Proven experience in handling distributor networks and channel sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
