We are hiring a Uniware expert with experience in marketplace operations, warehouse management, and Shopify backend. This role involves hands-on responsibility for daily operations and process improvement, while actively supporting business and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Head a team of 13 people.
- Manage end-to-end operations on Uniware / Vinculum
- Oversee and streamline order management, inventory control, returns, cancellations, and reconciliation.
- Manage marketplace operations across:
- Myntra
- Nykaa
- RGO
- Coordinate directly with marketplace account managers and internal teams
- Oversee warehouse operations, including dispatch planning, stock accuracy, and process flow
- Act as a warehouse operations manager while maintaining smooth daily execution
- Manage Shopify backend, integrations, and order syncing
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and reduce errors
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Uniware operations / Vinculum OMS
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and warehouse processes
- Hands-on experience with Shopify backend management
- Experience coordinating with marketplace account managers
- Ability to work independently in a startup or non-corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
