We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Business Excellence to improve business and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will identify improvement opportunities, reduce waste, improve productivity, and work with different teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support internal audits and ensure process compliance.
- Train and guide employees on continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 5–10years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Excellence.
- Good knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
