Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on bench sales experience, and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships while driving consultant placements and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Bench Sales Recruiters.
- Assign consultants to recruiters and monitor daily activities.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements to improve performance.
- Develop strategies to maximize interview opportunities for consultants.
- Train and coach recruiters on bench sales best practices and marketing techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
- Analyze marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly team targets are achieved.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Proven experience leading or managing a Bench Sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the US staffing and recruitment process.
- Excellent vendor management and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Strong organizational and team management abilities.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
