Key Responsibilities CRM Management Maintain and update CRM records accurately. Track leads, follow-ups and sales pipeline. Ensure data accuracy and remove duplicate records. Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports. Market & Prospect Research Research companies, industries and target markets. Identify potential buyers, investors, tenants and business prospects. Build customised prospect databases based on client requirements. Gather publicly available business information and decision-maker details. Data Management Maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases. Organise research reports and prospect lists. Verify and update contact information. Outreach Support Assist in preparing outreach lists. Coordinate follow-up schedules. Maintain communication records and campaign progress. Administrative Support Prepare reports, presentations and documentation. Coordinate with clients and internal team when required. Handle general back-office operations. Skills Required Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills. Strong internet research abilities. Good written English. High attention to detail. Organised and disciplined working style. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
