Job Summary
Avani Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage payroll, accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and other finance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in finance and payroll, and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling confidential financial information.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Employee Finance
Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Prepare salary sheets, incentive calculations, reimbursements, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
Coordinate with the HR team for attendance, leave records, salary revisions, and payroll inputs.
Resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
Maintain payroll records and ensure complete confidentiality.
Finance & Accounting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and accounting records.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Record and verify financial transactions with accuracy.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities when required.
Maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Support management with financial analysis and operational reporting.
Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Perform other finance and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or payroll.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll compliance, and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
Experience with Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or other ERP/accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good to Have
Experience handling payroll for 50+ employees.
Experience in salary structuring, payroll reconciliation, and statutory audits.
Familiarity with HRMS and payroll management software.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Experience in preparing MIS reports and management dashboards.
Ability to independently manage multiple finance functions with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
