Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management systems, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) protocols
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, providing technical support and guidance to stakeholders
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IAM, recommending innovative solutions to improve security posture
Requirements
- Have 6-10 years of experience in IAM, with a strong technical background in identity and access management systems
- Possess in-depth knowledge of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) protocols
- Have experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as identity management software, authentication platforms, and access management systems
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
