Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online platforms to understand their needs and present suitable product or service offerings.
· Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools.
· Provide detailed product or service information to prospective clients and close sales.
· Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
· Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
