Role Overview This role goes beyond teaching. You will help create a warm, organised, and inspiring environment where visitors feel comfortable creating. You will conduct workshops, guide participants through creative activities, assist visitors with their projects, and help maintain a well-organised studio. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging workshops for children and adults across various arts and crafts. Guide participants through creative projects with patience and encouragement. Assist visitors using the open crafting space by answering questions and providing basic guidance when needed. Prepare materials and ensure the studio is ready before every session. Maintain studio organisation, tools, and supplies. Encourage creativity while allowing participants to work at their own pace. Educational Qualifications A BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts), B.A., B.Sc., M.A., M.Sc., B.Des., M.Des., B.Ed. (Art Education), Diploma, or Postgraduate Diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Applied Arts, Design, Product Design, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Architecture, Psychology, Education, Ceramics, Craft & Design, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with recognised certifications or practical experience in specialised creative fields such as painting, pottery, crochet, woodworking, macramé, calligraphy, paper crafts, resin art, textile arts, or other creative disciplines will be considered an added advantage. Experience 1–3 years of teaching, workshop facilitation, or studio experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong practical skills and a passion for teaching can apply.
