Observing and monitoring the students during examinations and related assessments

Responding to any inquiries and concerns the examinees may have

Provide the tools and materials needed for the assessment

Perform troubleshooting for technical issues
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates or clients for registrations, follow-ups, or feedback.
Explain services or testing procedures clearly and professionally.
Maintain call logs and update candidate/client information in the system.
