- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, facilitate interviews, and optimize onboarding/induction programs.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for staff queries, mediate grievances, support performance management, and drive disciplinary procedures.
- Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing and Full & Final (F&F) settlements. Ensure adherence to local and regional labor laws and statutory regulations.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR Information Systems (HRIS/HRMS), and track HR KPIs
- Experience: Typically 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on exposure to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
