Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding real estate projects and property offers.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and locations to clients professionally.
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about projects.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead databases, and customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain client satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Stay updated with ongoing projects, offers, and market trends.
- Assist in converting inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, or English preferred.
- Ability to handle customers confidently over calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,766.31 per month
